I'm not sure. Theoretically boxing is easier than wrestling/grappling but there's a higher chance that a random guy can guard up and punch you back than sprawl.

I don't think relying on luck this much is a good idea. 800 meters run is probably the best art you can learn to protect yourself from multiple opponents.
