hmm gee, hard choice. Especially considering that alot of /xs/ are formula1fags, skaterboys, climbers, bikers, and rikishifuckers that dont traint at all.

You would be surprised at how strong middle aged fucks can be. My Judo sensei is in his fifties, maximum 150 lbs, and he still goes toe to toe with 180 lbs university student higher belts; this is a big city with a big university as well, so its not a niche judo club.
middle age really only becomes a limiting factor at the pro level, and age really only starts fucking you over past 65 if you take care of your body. There is almost nobody here who is a pro martial artist or fighter
