you try too hard.

Trying only builds up an opponent/resistance.
The more you want it the more you push.
The more you push the more it grows to resist.
Its a vicious circle.

What you need to do is dedicate time in morning, noon and before sleep.
And outside of that time, dont push, dont try, but do whatever. Chill, go for a walk.
Distract yourself.

In the process of manifesting/conscious creation of new experience/pattern/program effort is fatal for results.
You can, eventually get results with effort, but they are short lived, because the belief is not changed, and the new reality is so far outside your comfort, that you feel "weird" with it so it dissipates.

You change permanently in slow and steady manner, fastest.
Slow is fast, in terms of personal change. I found. But slow is like - month or two months of good work.

Your spiritual routine has to induce feelings of relief and joy. Mostly relief.
If it doesnt do that, you got the wrong method for yourself.

Language of deeper mind is emotional. Its not "linguistic". What you say mentally within, is not heard by deeper mind. Only your emotions are heard. Emotions are creative blueprint of experience.

YOu need to shift your emotional blueprint. ANd you do that by deciding what you want to feel most of all. Then you find/explore ways to feel that.

Its not rational or intellectual or effort like work. Its emotional reprogramming.

You take quiet moment for yourself every day, upon waking and before sleep and you induce a feeling inside. You keep doing it. Eventually that feeling becomes more and more present in your vibe, eventually it overcrowds the feeling you had before and reprogramms you for new experience.

Belief is an emotional reaction to something. Change the emotion.
