initially it will be rough but you will develop willpower through not gooning. there will come a breakaway point in time where your willpower will outpower your lustful tendencies. by abstaining you are both nourishing your willpower and ad the same time, allowing the seeds of lust to wither away.

thats it. this planet is hell. everything is unsatisfactory and fleeting. to make the message more urgent, instead of using reincarnation, they made it fire and brimstone. the first christians did not have that doctrine, they were still fed reincarnation doctrine, until like 2nd or 3rd century.

but regardless whichever way you look at it and whatever model you use it - it is urgent. you should seek to end the cycle of reincarnation, you should seek salvation/liberation/moksha/enlightenment.

and the key to that is celibacy. monkhood/nunhood is found everywhere. there is no salvation, except christ (cristos, your anointing aka your seed) and it crucified in golgotha (your skull; gets up there when not wasted).
this is the universal formula, clothed in different social/traditional/cultural garbs.

you have been a slave in the prison planet for eons already. and what traps you here is goonery. more generally speaking, running after sense gratification, minding & tending for the carnal body.
