Basically the grace of God, and turning your heart towards God, seeking God, seeking love, finding love, experiencing love, will essentially supercharge your astral body and your soul will wake up and start seeing the other side really quick. Its the fastest thing I know, basically become in harmony with the energy in your heart, and turn that energy towards love conceptually, artistically, poetically, sexually/bodily, etc. What that does is create a loop between the mental abstract layer of information in your mind, and the magnetic field in your heart, which means what you visualize will effect your body, and there is this field of magnetic/photonic/electric energy within your cells, neurons, nerves, tissues, organs, bones, and that creates something like a holographic shell. Love activates this field, for whatever reason. Its like a biological nuclear reaction, turning the protons and electrons in your atomic body into fusion reactors. This culimates in a spiraling field of light that resonates with the DNA molecule and you start seeing spirals of dna unpack itself, and feel this blissful ethereal presence of spirit within your body as if your soul is loving your flesh from within, and when it comprehends its awareness in totality it basically manifests as a hyperspatial event horizon and the internal light starts arcing through the rest of existence carrying your awareness towards wherever its attracted, or directed, and you start seeing basically an alternate timeline of the soul as an angelic being within creation.
Lots of alien stuff as well. I operate under the basis of love as God, and the other people who made up historical narrative of God didn't write it down properly because they can't write down living spiritual essence into physical reality, hence the taboo against idols, iconoclasm, etc.
