A few days ago, I found a podcast with guest Jack Kruze. In this short time, the minor changes I have made have been profound in terms of cognition, mood, hunger, and even negative urges.

What did I do? Blue light filter on PC and phone, and grounding myself to the earth. Due to my work schedule, I do it once in the morning and a few times throughout the evening. I feel like my brain is coming back to life. Blue light had been frying my brain over the years. My ability to conversate has improved. In general, I feel more apt. More coordinated.

The grounding. This has to do with picking up electrons from the earth, which fuels your mitochondria. Nutrition is less important when you are electrically optimized. Something else to do with Schumann resonances. This apparently has a wide array of health benefits, and I find that I don't do his work justice when I try to explain it in detail.

PLEASE look into this. I feel like a different person. I have to get other people into this. I will link to the podcast I watched and his website. If nothing else, put blue light filters on your devices, maximum strength that you can still reasonably see what's on your screen. Also, ground yourself a few times throughout the day. I find it immediately relieves headaches.
