I have, I do find myself entertaining them to be frank. Its like I get magnitized to them, like I need to "logically" prove whatever thing wrong or just play out the whole scenario in my head. The times I have entered a semi mindfulness state it feels like thoughts are just background noise a bit playing really close but not really paying too much attention

My dad did follow up with me eventually, although he left me a bad taste—he did point out I shouldn't focus too hard or at all with complaining or whatever issue I have. I already knew I complain too much sometimes, overcritical at times but to have EIYPO come out and tell me "hey you got this issue" validates I need to stop. On a more positive note he did mention that I should focus moving forward and the times I'm idling I should at least relax. Crazy he even knows my ass is infused with chaos

It does make sense, I worry about the past or future NOW, I imagine things NOW, I decide if I want a redhead NOW and so on. I will follow up with what I wanna say more on this realization but I wanna see if I could comprehend it better

There is one thing I did find odd yet believable—how do I know its only my imagination and not "reality"? Like could it be my own imagination things are the way they are today?
