His bag of magical goodies make zero sense. He shouldn't be able to have them, fit them into the bag, be able to use them or know how they work, let alone be good at using them somehow. Think of it like D&D's Bag of Holding. Things with outsized proportions, things that don't go in bags, or things that are hilariously inappropriate for someone's position, capabilities or demeanor always have the most comedic effect.
He needs to be comically unimpeded, to the tune of everyone getting melted around him while he just laughs and waltzes away as if he's completely ignorant to all present dangers or limitations, like a mirage suffocating a toddler or a boomer who can't figure out where "that blasted button" is even when it's shouting at them with flashing colors, that kind of comically unaware, 4th-wall-breaking humor verging on cringe-inducing, unstoppable self-flagellation being performed by the victims of those standing in his way.
His aura is mesmerizing, unparalleled and addicting. People need to bend to his whim, be totally incapable of figuring him out despite his unassuming outward manner and be rendered gelatin, a moldable blob, in his commanding presence.
No Force of Will can sunder him. No miasma of persuasion can twist him up. His aloof behavior is an impassable barrier and a magnet simultaneously. Everything flung at him sticks or bounces off; he either absorbs it or chameleons into something that it can't penetrate or disfigure.
All attempts to stop him aren't just pointless, but masochistic. No one understands him, but all adore/require him.
