This is based on tabletop. Let's review what happens in most tabletop games:

High level D&D play is not something that ever got playtested that much, let's be honest. That's the whole history of D&D now, much less newcomer PF.

You are in the wrong genre and should return to WOW if you want things playtested by millions of people effectively.
A tabletop game is always going to be unbalanced and janky, it's in how you allow yourself to abuse it just like you could erase all your stats with a pencil and write in better ones if you so chose. Therefore do you respect roleplaying yourself when no one else is in your room with your computer? Or do you just powergame and look for 360 no scopes exclusively like a COD munchkin and then say "this sucks it's unbalanced". One kind of genre you may not really enjoy, just saying.

I get it, the KM feels more balanced in fact, but the power trip is also fun if you throw a few rules on yourself.
Myself I like core + behaviors and only running 2-3 party members to help balance. Not that this is difficult or truly balanced either since now your level gets raised up faster but there it is, and it let's me have a bit more playthroughs instead of trying to stuff the whole content meal down at once.

Tedious buffing is in fact retarded game design and you should rightfully ignore it by:
1) never own a console again
2) use bubble buff mod which reduces it to 1 instant cast button
