It absolutely doesn't. Yrlet and Idira benefit from exploits giving tons of % damage and they can reliably increase their base damage as well. One thru assassin direct damage and the other thru busted broken +psy rating. Argenta into arch militant only really begins to shine with that exterminator exemplar talent that gives +flat damage on every shot fired. Cassia was and arguably still is busted since muh navigators. What's more Cassia and Idira aren't even ranged characters and you'd be silly to focus on their BS at all
