Most non alignment based CRPGs do allow you to take the evil option at any time. Fallout New Vegas might be a good approximation since you have both negative and positive rep with factions as separate things and Karma only allows you to take some gameplay perks.
My biggest pet peeve with evil paths in game is that rarely can you be truly evil. It's either Saturday morning cartoon shit of pensioning the water supply or just the writers repressed anger of you can cripple someone, but that someone is also EvilTM. Porn games have been the only place where I could just torture a normal person for the fun of it and the game acknowledging it.
