If you have a physical copy of the game you should be able to patch it here;

If you need to emulate, your best bet would be MelonDS and patching the game with the above file or server. However I have never used MelonDS myself so my ability to advise you ends there.
Alternatively, you could try to find a prepatched ROM, but to my knowledge no such ROM is extant.

Given how difficult this process is likely to be, the simplest option may be to just write down how the puzzle is set up from a Youtube video and solve it on paper.
