yeah there is no locale function, but its a windows emulator so try putting app locale on it...

for android (phones) there is horizon or something like that, i've seen "run ps3 emulator" videos on youtube.

I tried just manually tweaking settings last night while watching tv at a friends house, and I got Noita up to 18fps (in game) "unplayable" but surprising. still no idea what i'm doing, i assume this is as much as I can squeeze out of my phone. wondering how people are getting fucking gtaV working at this point, I can't even do my original goal (which reminder is ff7 steam version + new threat mod + working on a phone)
