Thank you for not understanding what the basic premise of the game and proving my point about Obelisk fans. "I can give up most of the jokers to force myself to only use non-hand related jokers" is a fucking retarded thing to bring up in defense of a card in a game about synergy. And by the way, if you knew how to play the game you would understand that some hand-angostic cards still synergize with certain hand types better than others, so Obelisk fucks with those, too.

You don't even have to be all in on something, the fact that it forces pivots because you can never again use what was working well for you before is what makes it bad. Pivoting is what you do when your run is fucked or when you get a card that you can make the most of with little cost, not something to be done because one card might be good in 10 hands if you give up everything currently working for you and never use it again. The only time Obelisk """works""" is when you somehow managed to spam the shit out of a hand you don't want to use and then get the right jokers from RNG to salvage your shit run without losing Obelisk before it becomes useful.

It's a bad card favored only by retards like you who very obviously do not understand the game and think big numbers = good card.
