The fuck? I haven't bothered to pay attention to the reception the game got by the masses, but I found it to be excellent. Good characters, good voice acting, good story, good twists, good locations, good job choices, good music and good gameplay.
I'm pretty fucking blown away that the reception here is so negative.

Castor was ludokino. Top fucking notch voice actor, great twist villain and even his job was a surprise when he switched into that Berserker getup. Folie was based and schitzopilled too and Rimedhal had a lot of crazy memorable moments and characters too.

....Was it though? I didn't feel that way at all. Felt like a natural extention to Bravely Default in every way.

The original BD has Airy, my favourite character in the series and one of my all-time favourite villains in vidya so it will always be high on the scale of quality but BD2 is right up there with it.

Nah man, I just don't agree with you niggers at all on this. I've played BD2 like 3 times now and every playthrough has been enjoyable.
And whereas BD had the Fire Team encounter be one of if not the hardest challenge in that game BD2 had Castor, Folie and Vigintio.
There were lots of cool details too like Folie moving around Wiswald painting in plain view before you even know who she is, she was there from when you first entered watching you. Shit like that was just so damn cool.

Bro I'm sat here now reminiscing about all these cool things and how much of a good time I had and it's making it even more clear to me how much I enjoyed BD2, I'm even getting the urge to play it again.
Even the fucking card game was almost Triple Triad tier, and I don't care how sacrilege you think that is to say.
