It is TAA. DLSS or whatever your favorite method is, looks better than generic TAA for two reasons
>hardware accelerators let the card run a more complex model within the same frametime budget
>for unreal, where TAA is more or less mandatory, devs apply graphical presets instead of using higher quality TAA not in the presets (for performance reasons) or manually configuring engine TAA settings like kernel, frame weight and samples (laziness)
