Was it really just a fart in the wind? A tech demo just for Valve to go on and make another non-VR multiplayer game? Just for Valve to ignore VR again because it does basically nothing to compliment the successful Steam Deck? Is it even worth me playing with a non-VR mod, borrowing someone's headset, or just watching the game on YouTube?
I wonder if Valve thought this would be considered basically HL3 and there really was no HL3 in the making. I don't care about rumors, there were HL3 rumors 15 years ago too.
