Don't do it, anon, the N64's 240p image will look like shit no matter what screen you use. Just use emulators to revisit some childhood games for nostalgia's sake and leave the N64 aside because it has one of the worst libraries ever released for all consoles, as well as running all the games like shit with astronomical input lag.

Anon, you're confusing your attachment to old hardware and useless pieces of plastic with “art”. There's nothing “souless” about an emulator capable of running a 1:1 game (there are several like this already). It's exactly the same thing. If you're attached to consoles, okay, fair enough, but at least understand why you prefer real hardware, it's not because it makes games “souless”, it's just your preference to interact with obsolete hardware.
