Too many things for me to list. Some of the most important ones:
>No idea on where the hag-timeline story is going. The blackmail was a fine idea but resolved too soon and with a very uninteresting solution. Now there is basically no overarching plotline.
>Casting Juliette Lewis as hag-Natalie. Not only is she unattractive and a terrible actress, but she also quit for some reason, forcing the writers to let her die in a moronic, random manner, thus ruining the hag-timeline even further.
>Not making Lottie's cult evil, thereby ruining the anticipation set up by S1 cliffhanger.
>Absolutely botching the first hunt by skipping over the entire decision process proceding it (and hence one of the most anticipated mysteries set up by the pilot's opening scenes: why are all girls selected to be prey made to wear frogfu's jewellery?)
>S3 timeskip which renders the girls absolute masters of survival, thereby basically getting of any future motivation for the cannibalism
