You honestly think that most people on trv don't go to Tokyo->Kyoto->Osaka(maybe) then call it a day for 'visiting japan' with a "rural adventure" to Kamakura or Himeji as an 'off the beaten path adventure?

99% of /trv/ probably does the following for japan travel
>lands in tokyo
>gets piss drunk on strong 0
>spends 1-2 days recovering before heading to a soap shop
>drunk again right after
>"sees the sites" being walking past places to get to the train
>reminds himself he's not a weeb and is only going to the doujinshi shops for lulz and NOT porn
>eats at sukiya as 'authentic japanese meals'
>proceeds to drink at shibuya or shinjuku for the next 3-4 nights in a row
>walks past some blacks and other tourists has to angry post on their phone regarding how japan has fallen even though they look like a tard
>go to kyoto, anyone who is crowding the area is chinese, and while they are numberous, Japanese could NEVER be rude to a white person right?
>get piss drunk for a week before going back to tokyo for a flight back
>spend the last day soapshop and getting as drunk as possible before showing up at HND complaining about how all the other tourists were rubbish before ending holiday
