Solid jazz bar/restaurant.

Absolutely based bar.
>Katz's on Houston
Yes it's an overpriced tourist trap but the corned beef sandwiches are unironically worth it.

Good sandwiches
>Mahmouns
Good falafel
>Porto Rico coffee in the East Village
Good coffee, not exactly a cafe since there's no room to sit down but worth a visit IMO because aesthetic
>Brooklyn Promenade
Great views, also close to Downtown Brooklyn/Carroll Gardens/Park Slope, which are aesthetic neighborhoods. That whole area isn't too bad to drive in too. The Promenade is also where the cutscene from Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! takes place.
>Museums
You'll be able to find something that interests you depending on what you like. I like the Intrepid but don't think the Enterprise hangar is worth the extra cost.
>Grand Central Station
Is very aesthetic and worth visiting.
