I don't think so. His whole shtick was snarky comments and he doesn't give a single fuck about trespassing, but he doesn't strike me as someone who is really disrespectful.
He mentions at one point that his way of befriending people in a foreign country is striking conversations with random strangers (including very cute women), and you can't do that if you are a real prick

He also mentioned several times that he used to be an anarchist, and when you hang out in circles like that, you tend to stop caring about rules like "I need to book a room in this hotel chain to get breakfast", you know employees don't care that much early in the morning and the company won't lose much if one mischievous cheap-ass traveler sleeping in a bush get a pastry and a coffee for free, so, the world might as well be your oyster.

Nah, that's good, it means he was doing this just for fun, and perhaps to show normies that they are more free than they think they are.
On top of that, I'm not sure if you can really monetize videos where you are openly doing illegal stuff, as mild as it might be.

Yeah, I watched them recently for the first time, and I've never seen a traveler e-celeb that entertaining before.
Sadly, the fanbase is cringe as a result, instead of going to Albania and sleep in bunkers for free, they just idolize the man, while I think the whole point of the videos was to show you can yourself travel with an extremely minimal budget, alone, and not give a single fuck.

What I appreciated is that I've been to a lot of the cities he visited in Europe, and he shows how it really is, both the nice picturesque parts and the boring/shitty outskirts. I never went to Japan, but I guess his video is a rather accurate depiction of what I should expect there.
