Not really. "Sparkledog" is a particularly pointed reference to overdesigned over-the-top furry OCs to make it clear that people are talking about the tabletop version of a peacock; A player character designed specifically to get attention, no matter how obnoxious or gimped they are in their pursuit of it.

"Freakshit" sounds like it should be applying to the kind of character that's applying an abominable amount of templates and minmaxing to the point that their character should be an affront to the eyes of god despite what their character sheet says, like pic related. Instead it's just a troll phrase for people whining about people playing tieflings, gnomes, elves, dwarves, basically anything that isn't just a bog-standard human. And in that case, it doesn't really work to mean anything concrete beyond "this thing I don't like".
