Yes, if I prepare ahead of time, otherwise I'll spend the day posting to 4chan. I must have my laptop, my phone and a full glass of water on my desk before I start. I also make sure I have eaten a meal and taken my daily vitamins and supplements. Then I measure out two doses (one half the size of the other), take the largest of the two, fuck a load into my girlfriend so my dick isn't barking at me (or fap, if she's out somewhere), then it's work time. I say don't skip sleep at all (unless you're on a deadline, or staying up for a special occasion). Sleep is too important a thing to lose. I take the large first dose in the morning, the small second dose no later than 4pm, and then NO MORE. If I'm still too amped by the evening, I go for a walk, exercise, get groceries, fuck again, something physical.

Volumetric liquid doses. First dose goes down my throat. Swallowed, not smoked. 70% bioavailability, slowest uptake, safest route. Second dose goes up my ass. 99% bioavailability, quick (but not fastest) uptake, it's almost identical to taking a slam but without all the risks of injury.

Discipline. It isn't easy, but it is made noticeably easier if you take N-acetylcysteine. It reduces the cravings, the neurotoxicity and the dreaded skin picking. I try to only take crystal once every two weeks, because if you can make it that long, you'll have the tolerance of a first timer again.
