That shit is so fucking dumb. He picks up landmarks and then scribbles in the rest that's just gibberish. There is no such thing as a photographic memory. If that were true then he would be able to do perfect still lives as well or draw a horse from memory. I'm a professional artist with 15 years of experience, 8 years of figure drawing and I still need reference to fill in the details I don't remember perfectly. I'm considered a master artist by my peers and have been featured in magazines and artbooks (like masters of anatomy).

When photography became big, pictures of horses were very popular. Which in turn, made artists go back to their old paintings that included horses and fix all their mistakes they made because they didn't have all the details originally. If you look at paintings of horses before photography they are fucking hilarious looking.
