it does not determine how long it takes to travel axis into two possible directions

dimension 3 : depth
it does not determine how long it takes to travel axis into two possible directions

therefore, dimensions do not possess the qualities of time = time is not a dimension

so what are the qualities of time?
there is only one, how much does it take time to accomplish something
there is no direction for its movement

going backwards in time would violate rule of entropy
entropy must always reach its highest, not lowest
going backwards in time does go into lower entropy and its not possible in our universe
