I don't follow any diet but I eat raw foods for breakfast and usually some kind of cooked meal for dinner
it'll be something like this
breakfast:
>a small cup of blood
>2-4 raw egg yolks
>250g raw ground beef or 200g raw liver
>a small piece of raw cheese
dinner:
>roasted potatoes
>rare/medium-rare cooked: wild caught salmon, or pork, or beef, chicken, sausage
>full fat greek yoghurt with cucumbers or some type of creamy cheese sauce as a condiment
>carbonated spring water
>orange/pineapple/apple for dessert
if I get peckish before bed I'll eat some more egg yolks and blood or ground beef or greek yoghurt with bananas
I never weigh anything, I eat until I'm satiated and I never felt better
during the summer I'll eat raw meat for every meal
