Sort of. I've always liked computers and tech but not programming, so I hoped I'd end up doing some EE/telecoms job and I did. But lack of motivation and alcoholism nearly stopped me.
Still, I've never really wanted to work and still don't. I'm glad my job pays quite well and isn't stressful but I live well below my means to retire as early as I can. Waking up at 7am and being in an office for 40h a week is just too much time wasted.
