Retard, what is engine RPM. Your torqueless engine with twice as much horsepower at 7000rpm isn't going to do shit with gearing since engine RPM is tied directly to wheel speed and the car needs to get moving before the engine will even reach 7000rpm unless you've got 18 gears like a semi-truck.
