This was an interesting post to read and you seem like a bright guy. I could have written it myself not too long ago. In a world of contradictory religions, there are two possibilities: zero are true or one is true.

I often like atheists and feel they are kindred spirits. They tend to be more rational than believers in false religions (serious Protestants and Eastern Orthodox usually excepted).

I think you're on your way to becoming a Catholic. I'll be praying for you.
