I do to and this what I did:
>never wait for perfect conditions, just start habits until you get used to writing, even if it's a little at a time
>make a habit of removing clutter around you, either in your room or on your screen
>approach your story in a more stepwise fashion, slowly, until you have a holistic understanding
It's just that easy. ADHD anons are easily distracted, so try to focus on less things at a time until you've worked on so much it all just comes together and makes sense to you.
