That's very optimistic, most people I know are approaching 500 hours.
Personally, I did 20 laser sessions, and it removed 99% of dark hair, I still have like 50 black hairs left on my face, but they don't seem to respond to lasers anymore. But I also have a bunch of coarse white hairs, and I did over 60 hours of electro and it barely made a dent, it's really hard to catch the hair in the right growth phase and zap it with enough current so that the follicle dies, but doesn't leave rather nasty scars.
I gave up because it's too expensive, I simply couldn't afford doing it anymore. It's also very mentally taxing, like, you look awful for a week after electro, then you have to grow your hair out until it's at least a few mm long, since my hair grows super slowly now it takes at least 2 weeks to get enough hair length, seeing and feeling my facial hair was killing me.
So I still shave every morning, I don't have a beard shadow because it's mostly glassy coarse hair, but it's annoying.
