>The RTI Vetterli with underpowered 6.5 surprised me immensely. 1st group was at 50 yards with front sight blade in center of target. High and to the right a bit, a few went over the paper. Adjusted aim point, 2nd group was amazing for a 1870 original built multiple times reworked by pasta hands Ethiopian goat rifle.
Very happy with how it shot. Only put ten rounds through it because I don’t have much mild 6.5.

>knew it groups ok usually. Brought it in case everything I had shot shitty so I can at least hit paper

The WTF
1) One mystery keyhole. Appeared after I put the vetterli away. Possibly the carcano but there was no other keyhole

2)could not figure out where to place my sights for the Carcano carbine. Is the lowest setting 300 meters?? First clip went way over the paper, aimed at the bottom of the target and got some hits, aimed a foot below the target stand and got some more hits.

The loser
>RTI Mannlicher 88/90 took the clip, fired one round of 8x50R from “milsurp munitions” and the bolt is locked closed now. Gonna beat on it and take the mag out of the stock to get the rest of the bullets.
