This is a worthless statement in any argument. You should go with "industry standard" rather than "personal opinions". Not even really disagreeing with you, either -- if you go on most forums the users like carbon steel for its qualities over stainless, but will use stainless in limited applications.

If Condor (and some others) didn't feel there was merit in using stainless, they wouldn't have, and that's not really something they have to justify either. They did good with what they made. Now will you calm down? It's possible to make a correct statement that gets rejected by everyone because the person saying is is an obnoxious dickhead.
