If you hating your girlfriend's mother or friends would be a dealbreaker in your relationship, then you are lying if you give her the impression that you like her mother or friends, you would be maintaining that lie, that false impression, for your own selfish gain. If it isn't a dealbreaker, then you aren't lying, you aren't benefitting from your girlfriend's ignorance.

Likewise, if your girlfriend having a high bodycount isn't a dealbreaker for you, then she wouldn't be lying if she didn't divulge that information. If it is a dealbreaker, and your girlfriend gave you the impression that she has a low bodycount, then she would be lying for her own personal gain, she would be benefitting for your ignorance at the expense of you not meeting your goals in your relationship(being with a low bodycount woman).
