This narrative is a russhill grift, because while most of Western European countries did ignore NATO's military spending quotas and disregarded USA on several occasions (for example Nordstream2), most of Central-Eastern European countries not only fulfilled their quotas, but actually surpassed them, and also maintained similarly critical attitude towards dealing with Russia to the American one, or in many cases even more critical one.
What is pushed in Tim Pool tier posts like these is attributing the Western European leniency towards all of Europe, which is stupid at best, and manipulative at worst.
Also, willingly losing a massive sphere of influence would be an idiotic move on USA's part.
Also, Russians don't have the means to take over Ukraine, much less Europe.
