I have tons of art shit i can play with. I can look up questions I have online (I always have some curiosity about something) I can message people I haven't spoken with in a while. I can read the pile of books I have half-read. I can watch anime. I can clean. I can look into some tech projects I only check on occasionally - shit that's not ready to use but which I hope move places. I can go outside and stare at the sky or the trees. I can go for a bike ride. I can play one of the 500 games on my steam that I never finished.

I have a lot of options.

Basically yes. I only experience extreme distraction like OP if I go more than a day or two without doing it but that has a definite cause and effect.
