If it weren't for your unrelenting consistency with these threads, I'd think you were baiting.
I want to sympathize with you since I have ADHD, but you're just so antagonistic to every single piece of advice you're given and you act like we're supposed to be ADHD experts that can tell you exactly what is wrong and how to fix it. The average browser of this board is literally just someone who enjoys drawing and wants to discuss it and/or receive criticism. At most someone here might have ADHD and know what works for them, but ADHD affects everyone differently and what works well for them might have 0 effect on someone else.
I don't care that you talked to a psychiatrist, psychiatrists just care aboth medication. I don't care that you talked to some telehealth therapists, therapists suck for mental health znd and they have a master's at best. trying to group everyone as "plenty of professionals" is stupid. It's like seeing a podiatrist for tooth pain, they're completely different fields. You might even try different psychologists and not have luck until you find the right one. These people study the brain, but they aren't perfect, but they're also infinitely better than asking retards on 4chan to fix your ADHD for you. If calling a psychologist is too complicated for you then there is actually 0 help
