It's not GOOD, either. There is definitely worse art, uglier art, less technically competent art, but Dobson's doesn't rise much about the sea of garbage. It's passable at it's best, but anyone with a passing knowledge of anatomy will look at Power Girl there and understand at a glance that Dobson doesn't understand anatomy. And at it's worst it is pretty fucking ugly.
