Can they see your address and name?
You can customize the invoice. Add logos, textboxes and more. You can also send blank amount-only invoices. Removing your information from the invoice (the email they send to your client) does not remove it from the transaction details that they can view on the Paypal homepage. The exchange of private info is mutual and they don't allow anonymouse transactions for obvious reasons.
Do you use a business name?
You don't need a Business account when you earn money but you might want to upgrade so you can open a second Paypal account for personal-use with the same bank information.

They don't need to look it up. It's all in the transaction details on the Paypal homepage. Most likely you are still the business owner and the business location is still your home (which is what you do to upgrade to Business if you don't have a registered business)
