This applies to all saints (I'm presuming this is to be interpreted with Matthew 22:32 in mind), but it doesn't say you should pray to her or anyone else who isn't God. If taken in that way to justify confessing to saints, it brings to question why you need corporeal ordained priests to forgive your sins when you can just confess to a saint.
