Monarchs and rulers Anon. Not the white race. The Japanese claim their emperor is descended from the goddess Amaterasu, but that doesn't mean the Japanese as a whole are. If you are also pointing to the "mythical origins" portion where it says:

That is not prove that they believed the white race was divine. First of all, it doesn't mention divine ancestry, but mythical ancestry. Everyone has their origin stories, some of which include people interbreeding with gods (including non-whites), or just being created by them (including whites).
