Never been the Christian belief until the protestants got this "soul sleep" idea from people like John Calvin, 1500 years after Christ formed His Church at Pentecost.

this is a personal interpretation and while trying to appear deep, it still comes across as shallow, as if breaking man's concept of scientific laws is impressive for God. The truth is much deeper and less pseudo-intellectually cringe.

This explanation takes out human free will as a factor, attributing our salvation to the characteristics of heaven. This takes away all agency from all persons, and renders our actions in this life moot, beyond this particular protestant's idea of doing whatever specific to be "fixed by Christ".

"Angry God" protestant fanfiction. It amazes me that with how fru-fru and how all about fellowship and external kindness protestants are, they seem to not actually believe that God is all-loving, and totally willing to abandon people.

Everything is about laws and legalism and rationality in this anon's language. God doesn't conform to human reason or concept of laws, and the Church operating on legalese is the Western arrow to the knee that crippled Roman Catholicism.

Millennialism, another heresy. The crux of it being that Christ in the context of Millennialism does not just have to have a Second Coming, but a "Third Coming" as well. It's absurd, completely against the Nicene Creed ("His kingdom shall have no end") and completely against Holy Scripture.
