also notice that schizo is not a diagnosis. e.g. there are *psychotic disorders* AND *personality disorders* with that prefix.
are you talking about schizoid pd? there are other issues that are NOT part of cluster A (c-A), yet still referred to as 'schizo'.

object relations psychology knows the schizoid empty core, which also finds use in explaining narcissism (c-B wtf)

the commonalities are hallucination, delusion and magical thinking; a certainty that purely *internal notions* (basically thought processes) have *external sources* (hyperreflexia).
hence conspiracies and increased "creativity" (e.g. Eysenck correlated psychoticism with creativity).
c-B tends to interpret external stimuli as internal (see BPD or NPD emotional regulation) - also merging int and ext!
