Does that mean I have to wait every 15 minutes to post? Even on my pc? That sucks to be 'onest when I'm in a heated discussion. When arguing with someone, the faster you reply with facts, statistics, etc. the better your position is. A 15 minute wait kills momentum and the other guy thinks you're a retarded loser who needs more than 10 minutes to counter his statements.
