Yes, absolutely with 575W waste heat, but certainly not the AIO versions with their sloppy designed and cheaply made copper plates, only custom high quality high precision waterblocks like those from alphacool™ or watercool™ with a separate decent pump are really worth it. Picrel is an "Aorus Waterforce" 4090 cooler, supposedly "premium", right? Under their fancy plastic shroud they hide cooling tech that lags 20 years behind! And it doesn't fit properly.
