sure but that doesn't have anything to do with indiscriminate downloading, the issue is whoever was the source for those didn't check their own shit or at least, left a notepad file detailing an issue (I've done this, had a comp CD where some files are lossless and others weren't after a rip and mentioned which are and aren't lossless)
