Btw, if you build your own drone it is WILDLY different from a DJI. DJI and similar camera drones are basically on autopilot and do everything in their power to prevent you from crashing them. FPV drones are not like this at all. FPVs are like a brick with a rocket strapped to it you will crash many many times learning how to fly one.

If you are still interested, pop into the /rcg/ thread on DIY, buy a controller, and download a simulator. That's the best way to learn how to fly without breaking your drone 50 times in the process.
If you just want a camera drone that's simple to use and all that, you just have to suck it up and buy a DJI. Don't buy a shitty knockoff. Anything under like $300 is basically just a toy and not worth it.
