It's pretty much the same in my book if I'm meal prepping at all I'm making the good stuff and not your store brand fortified rice of unidentifiable cultivar that tastes like plastic.

I'll occasionally take a half a sweet potato and mix it into rice if it's cooked properly it should just go right in makes a weird dessert.
