You can nitpick over the details of macro breakdowns but as I said, we have generations of research proving the superiority of a very high carb diet and when your options for carbs are fruit, honey, and tubers, fruit is clearly the best choice.

I notice you ignored the very simple question I asked: what animals can a naked human with no tools or knowledge of hunting techniques reliably hunt and kill? Modern humans are "apex hunters" because they have literal hundreds of thousands of years of accumulated knowledge. If you dropped an infant in the wild and it managed to survive to adulthood, it would have ZERO knowledge of how to make tools, to hunt, to trap, whatever.

You can take a housecat that's been entirely raised by humans, fed canned food from a bowl for it's entire life, and set it loose outside. It will instinctively start hunting and killing birds because that's what actual predators do. You have LEARNED to be an apex predator. You are not one biologically.
